John C Posted September 3, 2019 Posted September 3, 2019 Hi Everyone, Quick query, I am running my monthly reports and all is good bar the date being outputted to US, all other areas have standard time in tickets etc. Anyone know how to change this to reflect same in the report? Thanks
James Ainsworth Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Hi John, There are a few different places where one can generate reports. Is this the System Reports within Administration that you are working with? In some places, the time/date format and time zone are presented using these settings in the User Profile. I'm not sure if it is applicable on the reports that you are looking at. The default stored in the database is UTC format. Just need a bit more information. Are you looking for just the format of the time/date or is there a time zone difference that you are looking at? Regards, James
John C Posted September 9, 2019 Author Posted September 9, 2019 Hi @James Ainsworth This is one of the default reports within the home-applications-hornbill service manager-reports section and is called Resolved in Date Range Grouped On Resolved By Individuals
