John C Posted September 2, 2019 Share Posted September 2, 2019 Hi All, Quick query, I have spotted that one of my analyst's OoO message attaches itself to every ticket that's logged because they are part of the team. If so then then you could modify the routing rule query to exclude out of office emails based on their content of either the Subject and/or the Message body.
