Out of Office of Analyst being attached to every ticket logged

Hi All,

Quick query, I have spotted that one of my analyst's OoO message attaches itself to every ticket that's logged because they are part of the team.

Obviously removing them from the team resolves the issue but is there another way around this so they don't have to be removed?

I am presuming you have Email Routing Rules enabled, to automate the updating of requests. If so then then you could modify the routing rule query to exclude out of office emails based on their content of either the Subject and/or the Message body.
