Team Leader can't set assignment options for his team

Our Service Desk manager can't set the options as to who can have requests assigned to them or not. He makes the changes, then refreshes the page and the settings go back to what they were. He's always been able to do this before, so I'm not sure if anything has changed?

This was a defect fixed in a recent SM update. Is your user still facing this issue?
