DC-BEN Posted August 2, 2019 Posted August 2, 2019 Good afternoon, I am being given the following error when trying to upload some new assets via csv. Normally when the upload has failed it's easy to correct the issue as the problematic field is stated, however it seems to be pointing to a field called h_static and I can't find this on the template. "EspMethodCall::invoke: Operation[data::entityAddRecord] The text size provided (9 characters) is greater than the maximum allowable size of 4 characters for column h_static" I checked my data, and there are no columns where I'm entering exactly 9 characters either. Thanks
ArmandoDM Posted August 2, 2019 Posted August 2, 2019 Hi @DC-BEN is that an asset of type Computer Peripheral ? We are aware of this issue and we will provide a fix with the next build. As far as we're aware, this issue is only on assets with class Computer Peripheral, so you may still upload other assets. Apologies for the inconvenience. Armando
DC-BEN Posted August 2, 2019 Author Posted August 2, 2019 Hi @ArmandoDM, yes it's for computer peripheral. Thanks for the swift response.
