Martyn Houghton
Can the 'Apply to Request' action from Shared Mailbox, be updated so when the email is attached to the timeline in the Service Manager request, the update includes any CC: recipients, so it is consistent with the way emails sent from Service Manager are displayed in the timeline. This will help analyst identify any new connections which need to be added as well as save time as they will not have to use the 'View Email' option to see this information. I thought this had been logged before but was not able to locate this via the forum search. Cheers Martyn

Martyn Houghton
@James Ainsworth Does this also apply to emails processed by Routing Rules, i.e. logging of new requests or updating requests? Cheers Martyn

Martyn Houghton
@James Ainsworth This only seems to being added to the timeline post when the email is applied by Routing Rules, not when applied manually from the Shared Mailbox. Example below. Cheers Martyn
James Ainsworth
Hi Martyn, Would this be a different scenario that you are mentioning? The topic here and the mentioned additions were all around applying / updating existing requests with an email. The timeline entry suggests that this is a new request. Martyn Houghton
@James Ainsworth When a new request is logged by Auto Responder it does include the To and CC: information. I will raise a new enhancement post. Cheers Martyn
