Martyn Houghton Posted July 31, 2019 Posted July 31, 2019 At the moment you can include the custom fields from the 'Contact' but only the Organisation field from the contact. Can this be extended to allow the optional display of organisation fields and in particular organisation custom fields, as we use these to hold information such maintenance expiry date, support level and whether they are hosted etc. The aim is that this information will be presented in the Request View - Customer Section, so the analyst does not have to open up the organisation page to see them. James Ainsworth Posted July 31, 2019 Posted July 31, 2019 Hi Martyn, As you can have contacts that are not associated to organisations, it may be better to have a separate section for organization information. This may come as a plug-in from Customer Manager which displays Org details based on the associated contact in the request.
Martyn Houghton Posted August 21, 2019 Author Posted August 21, 2019 @James Ainsworth In our case we do not use the orphaned contacts, however having a Customer Manager section in the SM Request View along with ability to query it via the BPM would work. Can you move this post to the new "CRM & External Customer Service & Support" section or should I repost? Cheers Martyn
