Will J Douglas Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 Hi, We've started receiving errors when opening requests in Service Manager. Started happening this morning. We can still browse the requests and update them but the error occurs each time when opening a request. Regards, Will.

This is not affecting the requests in any way other than presenting the message. There will be an update automatically applied to remove the message.
