Martyn Houghton Posted July 29, 2019 Posted July 29, 2019 Can the order of the right-hand panels on the 'Request Screen' be made configurable, so that the 'Activities' panel can be moved up to immediately below the information panel. When time recording and members are added the activities section disappears downwards and you have to scroll down to see the current activities. As we extensively use workflow and activities so would be useful to have these more prominent at the top, compared to the other content. Cheers Martyn 1
Keith Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 I would support this. I sometimes get analysts who don't realise there are activities further down the screen. 1
James Ainsworth Posted August 2, 2019 Posted August 2, 2019 We have moved the Activities component to just below the Information panel. This should be available over the next few weeks in one of the upcoming Service Manager updates. Regards, James 4 1
Steven Cotterell Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 Looking forward to seeing this update. Cheers 1
Adrian Simpkins Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 +1 here looking forward to seeing how this looks !
Martyn Houghton Posted August 21, 2019 Author Posted August 21, 2019 @James Ainsworth Is the a further change to allow this to be configurable in the future, or just the current change you have advised is due to be released in the next couple of weeks? Cheers Martyn
James Ainsworth Posted August 22, 2019 Posted August 22, 2019 Hi Martyn, There is no change or plan at the moment to provide an option to make this configurable. The mentioned update in the coming weeks is simply moving the activities to underneath the Information panel. Regards, James 1
Martyn Houghton Posted August 23, 2019 Author Posted August 23, 2019 @James Ainsworth Thanks for clarifying. At Least this will make activities more visible to the analyst, which was the main objective. Cheers Martyn
