charts Creating Charts in Views based on Custom Fields

Is there a way to achieve the above as we have set up many views which include custom fields but you can't then create a chart based on the custom fields?

Hi @Jeremy,

I think its a recent addition but you can create a chart from a view using custom fields. My example below shows a chart using data from Custom A.

@Jeremy Not sure how new a feature this is. Are you behind on Service Manager updates? If not I think you'll need a response from Hornbill support.

@Keith no we are on the latest, we always are only a few days behind on main releases etc
