Profile Settings: Unable to access

Looks like the userId is 111 characters long - which is very long and larger than the field expects.

I'd firstly check what the userId is, and if it is that long you might want to get the admins to check what the import is pulling in for their userId, as I wouldn't expect to see one as long as that.

If it's not that long then please post back as that would mean there's something odd happening.

Hi Shamaila,

One case where I have seen this is that the manage associated to the user's profile has been incorrectly set as part of an import.  Best action is to look at the user's profile within Administration to see if the manager or the user name fields for that user contains too many characters.
