VIP users

Hi @ScottG welcome and thanks for the post. 

There is a fair amount you can do with VIP users, there are a few posts and discussions which might be worth reviewing:

In summary you should be able to achieve:

* Flagging users as VIPs - some discussion on setting an flag on user imports from AD or even doing this manually 

* Assigning Users to VIP SLA (if desired)

* Showing an Attribute on a Users record to indicate they are a VIP

:* Both when looking at the customer details on a request as an agent

:* When viewing the customer details in the customer search views in progressive capture whilst logging a ticket

* View columns on the on the request list that a ticket is assigned to a VIP user
