carlt Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Hi We recently noticed that the 'Update' action was missing from the bulk request actions for most requests. After a bit of digging around to try to identify why it was still there for some requests - it seems to be related to the new 'Enable Notify Customer' option i.e. if this is set then no bulk update option is available. I presume this isn't intended functionality? Thanks Carl
ArmandoDM Posted July 25, 2019 Posted July 25, 2019 Hi @carlt this is not the intended functionality. I will report this issue to be investigated and fixed. Regards Armando
carlt Posted August 16, 2019 Author Posted August 16, 2019 Hi @ArmandoDM Do you have any idea when this fix will be available? Regards Carl
Victor Posted August 16, 2019 Posted August 16, 2019 @carlt fix won't be available in the next SM app update, but the one after. We're looking at maybe 2-3 weeks or so. 1
neilcg Posted September 25, 2019 Posted September 25, 2019 Sorry to hijack this thread, but how do you enable the Cancel option in the Request Actions? I can only see Assign and Add to Boards Manager...

Same for Service, Change etc.

neilcg Posted September 25, 2019 Posted September 25, 2019 Solved it - found this in Service Manager Application settings; app.experimental.multipleRequestsAction Switched it on and can now cancel requests 1 1
