I'm trying to figure out how the authorisation node in a BPM is linked to an email template. I want to edit the node to point toward a different email template, if at all possible. The desired goal is to customise the type of email an authoriser receives in different BPM's instead of having one generic template that is used for all scenarios.

Can anyone help with this?

Hi Gareth,

Setting different email authorisation templates in different BPMs isn't currently available.  We do have a change already in our backlog to provide this.  I'll add you to the change.  This is not currently scheduled, but I will update this post when it does progress.

Hi @James Ainsworth - this has come up again in another process - is there any progress for this requirement?   

Or any other way of authorising a request that would allow us to send a more gentle rejection email?

Hi,

 

I would very much like to have this feature too. We have many different forms of approvals with different teams and require different templates.
