Can "Awaiting feedback" be a filter listed on the service portal home page?  Or at the very least when clicking on "All my Requests"?  Currently only visible if you look at the requests for a particular service?

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your post.  This is something we can feed into the development of the new Employee Portal that we are working on.  There will also be widgets that can be added to the landing page which could include listing all the requests waiting for feedback.

@Michael Sharp the Awaiting Feedback in the service portal should be visible from the All My Requests option on the service portal.

In the new Employee Portal there is a widget you will be able to locate on the home or other pages which will show requests awaiting feedback

Hi Michael,

There is a phased approach around the access to the different portals.  What we are most familiar with is the Service Portal.  Also available at the moment to users is the My Services is also available to you at the moment.  The My Services is more or less the same functionality as the Service Portal, but located within the main client.

The Employee Portal is the next phase, but it is not yet available.  But keep an eye open for this.  We should start to see "Preview" versions in the coming months.
