We are writing down our Change Process BPM, but we receive this error

The 'Valid Change' checkpoint is mandatory but was never set, which is why you get this error. I can see two places where you're setting checkpoints, but I guess neither are setting 'Valid Change' to true?

@Giuseppe Iannacone your stage (Proposal) has a list of checkpoints. Some of them are mandatory which means they need to be set before moving to the next stage. There is at least one path in your process, in this stage, where at least one of these mandatory checkpoints is not set.
