Martyn Houghton Posted July 11, 2019 Posted July 11, 2019 @Shamaila.Yousaf You will need the mailbox permission "Can Create Folder" as below, then you should see the Black folder button appear in the mailbox itself, if you have not already for got this. You can only create one level of folders with the Shared Mailbox Cheers Martyn

I get the error message "You can not update the role as you do not have sufficient permissions for the mailbox" - this message appears all to frequently for me. No worries though I'll see if i can get someone else to arrange the above. Thanks for your time:)
