All we get is as below when trying to select a template to download: Hitting the download template file button anyway gives this error: Not Found (/apps/com.hornbill.servicemanager/client/app/templates/assetUpload/asset.csv) Thanks Dan
Guest Ehsan Posted July 9, 2019 Posted July 9, 2019 @Dan Munns, Apologies for the inconvenience that this is causing. We have addressed this problem. This will be rectified in the next Service Manager build, which is expected to be available tomorrow. Ehsan
