Unable to change Project Budget

Hi

I am going through the projects and trying to amend the project budget figures for some of the projects where the Project Managers have just put a general figure, I am able to edit and save and all looks correct, I then leave the project and go back in and the figure has reset itself to what it was previously.  

I have tried changing my role to the Project Manager but the same thing happens, any suggestions on how I can amend these figures?

No, there are no errors

@Jo Sword If you modify any other field on the form and save, does it update that value correctly?

Yes I have gone through all the dates this afternoon and they have all saved fine
