UI Issue - Request List - Calls on hold Service not visable

Hi,

When I place a call on hold the service is greyed out in the request list which renders it nearly unreadable.  Screenshot below.

The catalog item is okay, and when the call isn't on hold it displays okay.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
