Hi @davidrb84,

There is a strong possibility that this was caused by connectivity issues at the time. As the Hornbill community have not reported this issue in the past week, I would expect that this was an intermittent on your instance and likely down to a temporary connectivity issue. I hope that this is no longer an issue for you?
