Hello Everyone

The latest build of Hornbill Admin Tool (1000) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

New

  • Workflow - BPM: add new orchestration Run node (calls an Orchestration process)
  • Workflow - Orchestration: add new hornbill automation task node (sis job request call)
  • IMPORTANT - Have changed the initial landing page of Admin tool to have 4 tiles from which to start initial navigation from.
  • Workflow - PCF Editor: Modify Form node so can define options that are selectboxes driven by flowcodes. This allows PCF designer for example to select an asset type to filter a form by etc.
  • Settings - Site Integration Services: Add download button for the SI server.exe
Change
  • Workflow - BPM Editor: Modify Task custom fields to support co-worker select
  • Email - Templates: Make variable dropdown list alphabetical
  • settings - site integration packages : prompt for new package name on table view
  • System - Settings - Site Integration Services: add service build and check to the paired services list.
  • System - Data - Profiles: When exporting profiles do not request meta data and poll job every 10 seconds.
Fix
  • system - manage portals - guest accounts: list not ordering correctly.
  • adv analytics - widgets: changing widget type from measure to chart causes issues
  • adv analytics - widgets: measure widget, deleting measure item removes all other items from widget
  • Reporting : Measure report - order measure listbox alphabetically.
  • Workflow - Bpm Editor: Authorisation Task authorisers inputbox wrapping when using variables.
  • Analytics - Reporting: Measure based report was just reporting on full sample data. Have fixed to limit to measure and selected sample data range.
  • AppStore: Release Notes not displaying if xml is missing new, change or fix tags.
