Hi @Victor I tried to head to https://www.hornbill.com/support to get some info, unfortunately that page gave me the same 502 Bad Gateway error, then eventually went to a page stating there was an issue with the webpage provider. Victor Posted July 2, 2019 Share Posted July 2, 2019 @Ann-MarieHolloway - yeah, unfortunately the Cloudflare issue affected internet connections in general so most of the internet websites could not be accessed for that time.
