dwalby Posted June 21, 2019 Posted June 21, 2019 Hi all, Just wondered where to find the setting that was mentioned at Insights 19 which provides the ability to send a customer an e-mail when an analyst uses the Update Action within a request? Also what email template is used in this instance? I think @Martyn Houghton was also interest in this... Thanks in advance? 1
