Nick Brailsford Posted June 21, 2019 Posted June 21, 2019 Hi, Whilst creating a new RFC process and running through some testes we created a new call that caused an error in the process. I am unable to delete this call the usual way, any other suggestions on how to purge this call? Thanks
Steven Boardman Posted June 21, 2019 Posted June 21, 2019 @Nick Brailsford without displaying any sensitive data do you have a screenshot of the request and error - are you saying you are unable to cancel the request? i.e you don't see the cancel option?
Nick Brailsford Posted June 21, 2019 Author Posted June 21, 2019 @Steven Boardman please see attached snippets
Steven Boardman Posted June 21, 2019 Posted June 21, 2019 @Nick Brailsford hmm ok i may have misunderstood here. I See the request is already cancelled, so when you say delete in the usual way, what would be the usual way which isn't working this time, i has assumed you mean't cancelled but i now think you mean something else? are you referring to the use of the Clean Up Utility - https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Hornbill_Clean_Utility and this isn't working for this ticket?
Nick Brailsford Posted June 24, 2019 Author Posted June 24, 2019 @Steven Boardman I will try the utility
