The notification bell in the top right image.png.4498b464383e1c7ed4db07f4e03d75ca.png when you click on the requests in the list the number does not decrease, it stays static unless you actually click the x or dismiss all. Has something changed in one of the updates as this used to work ok?

Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for your post.

Do you know if this is happening with a particular notification?  Are these notifications that you get when you are following a request and the timeline of the request is updated?

@Jeremy does the notification window close or does it remain open when this happens?

@Jeremy @Chaz I've noticed that there is a pattern. The notifications move to dismissed if you're tagged/mentioned or if there is an update. The only time the notifications do NOT move to dismissed automatically is when a ticket is assigned to the team. After selecting the hyperlink to open the ticket I have to manually dismiss this notification.

@Jeremy thanks, is there a timeline entry with the same content as the entry? Could it be a notification for a post you've been mentioned on, but actually don't have visibility of?

@Chaz so this is just when jobs are assigned to the team or individual, but when you click on the request from the notification, I would expect this number to decrease?

@Jeremy yes, we had a look and that's exactly how it should work. Is the assignment done through the BPM or is it a manual action someone has performed?

@Chaz So it seems when requests are assigned manually the number does decrease, but with the BPM/system assigned notifications they don't decrease....at least that is what we are currently seeing
