How do I remove user subscriptions and add new user subscriptions?

All we want to do is make 3 of the user subscriptions available as the users have left. 

This will then allow us to re-issue these subscriptions to new users.

Hi @cmcm 

If you archive the 3 Users who have left this will free up the licenses. Do not change their type to Basic as this will remove historic contributions within the collaboration features

However, when I search for the user accounts they are not appearing anywhere under any search criteria?

Does this mean they have been deleted? Can I see all deleted accounts?

Hi @cmcm

That sounds like you're in the Live portal - to archive a User you'd need to be in the Admin portal.

The list of users can be found under Home -- System -- Organisational Data -- Users, change the first drop-down to Full, and if you need to narrow the numbers down you can type part of the name in the Search box on that page.
