cmcm Posted June 4, 2019 Posted June 4, 2019 How do I remove user subscriptions and add new user subscriptions? All we want to do is make 3 of the user subscriptions available as the users have left. This will then allow us to re-issue these subscriptions to new users.

Do not change their type to Basic as this will remove historic contributions within the collaboration features Further details on Users can be found on the wiki. cmcm Posted June 6, 2019 Author Posted June 6, 2019 Hi Steve Thanks for this. However, when I search for the user accounts they are not appearing anywhere under any search criteria? Does this mean they have been deleted? Can I see all deleted accounts?
Steve Giller Posted June 6, 2019 Posted June 6, 2019 Hi @cmcm That sounds like you're in the Live portal - to archive a User you'd need to be in the Admin portal. The list of users can be found under Home -- System -- Organisational Data -- Users, change the first drop-down to Full, and if you need to narrow the numbers down you can type part of the name in the Search box on that page.
