Resolving call: Add Connections

It is most likely me but i am not 100% sure i follow the requirement?

You can currently add connections manually via the connections action on the request, and you can add them at any stage (including resolution actions) via the business process designer (and today we added the option to add connections from variables to the business process options).  

When you are emailing manually you can include connections on the outbound email, and in the business process on resolution you can also use the node to email connections - so you could choose to email the connections the resolution info as part of your business process?
