Martyn Houghton Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 As we are primarily an external support focuses organisation, we have a large number of organisation and contacts within them. As we provide multiple different services to the same organisation, it would be really useful to be able to support multiple primary contacts, with specifying a 'Primary Contact' type which is a custom set list of types, for example 'Technical', 'Legal', 'Out Sourced IT', 'Accounts Payable' etc. Cheers Martyn
Daniel Dekel Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 Hi @Martyn Houghton, You would be surprised, but we actually have a story for that. It would allow you to add related contacts and each can have a label of relationship as you mentioned ( 'Technical', 'Legal', 'Out Sourced IT', 'Accounts Payable' etc). We didn't have time to start yet with it, but will probably get in to our 2-3 months plan. Daniel. 1

Martyn Houghton Posted November 29, 2019 Author Posted November 29, 2019 @Daniel Dekel Is there an update on this enhancement for Customer Manager as there does not appear to have been a build released since August 2018. Cheers Martyn
Daniel Dekel Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 @Martyn Houghton, Nothing yet on this either I'm afraid. Daniel.
