Deen Posted May 9, 2019 Posted May 9, 2019 @AKetteringham our internal investigation has not indicated any issues with the server. We did not see any connection attempts in the logs for the last two hours which suggests that there may have been a comms issue specific to your own infrastructure. I am glad to hear that you are now able to connect, let us know if the problem does reoccur as there are additional tests we can conduct at your end via the support request.
