Shamaila.Yousaf Posted May 7, 2019 Posted May 7, 2019 Hi We have a new staff member who has joined our Facilities Team, I am replicating the user roles and organisation details as one of his colleagues so have updated the Organisation details against the user as well as add the roles in the 'details' and message appears "you can not assign a role that has a priviledge level of a user to a basic user. The user will be assigned requests and will need the ability to action calls/tasks accordingly. Not sure if this means we have run out of licenses or if there is something have missed. I thought I would just check as the person who may know is out of the office today and they have requested urgent access. Thanks Sxx

Victor Posted May 7, 2019 Posted May 7, 2019 Ok, if he is set up as a basic user then you won't be able to assign "user" type roles to it... you can only assign "basic" type roles or you need to change it to a full user...
