Alisha Posted April 30, 2019 Posted April 30, 2019 Hello, We would find it really useful if we could use a routing rule to forward certain emails to an external mailbox when they arrive in the inbox. Rather than give out several email addresses (and then having to update lots of things when something changes) we just give out the one address so that all emails come to a central place, and then we forward them on as necessary. Would it be possible to automate this please? Many thanks, Alisha
James Ainsworth Posted May 1, 2019 Posted May 1, 2019 Hi Alisha, I think that this is something that you can do on your email server. While we can direct emails to particular Hornbill Shared Mailboxes and process them into different apps, anything that directs emails and manages email forwarding to another email account would be best done as part of your email rules on your mail server. Hope that helps. Regards, James 1
