Snippets in resolutions

Hello,

Please could I request the use of snippets when resolving requests? We have standard text that we use for different types of request resolutions and I feel that this would be really useful for us and other teams in our organisation.

Just to confirm that we already have your organization against the change.  I'll update this post as the change progresses.  This is not currently scheduled for development.

As you may already be aware, we have recently provided the ability to create, manage, and use Snippets on the Request Resolution. This was made available in the Service Manager update build 1667,
