Deen Posted April 12, 2019 Share Posted April 12, 2019 @HHH You may find that even with this extended the session will still be disconnected due to something else in the chain such as the browser itself. The most latest customer complaint I have had is as follows:Please can the time allowed to be in the portal be extended to enable disturbances to be taken into account when completing requests?
