editing Document Manager - Cannot edit documents

We have started to move our knowledge base into Service Manager by creating documents etc, however, we have found that once a document is created it cannot be edited by anyone but the creator even if you select the option to edit the library or document. Is there a way to allow groups/teams to be able to edit documents?

Further to this we have found we can edit if we share each document with individuals but if we allocate a group/team to a Library or document they cannot edit.

If you publish the document to a library with the can modify content permissions then everyone who has access to that library (including those who have access to the library through via a group or role) should be able to edit that document.  However I think there is a defect which means the Edit button is not being displayed on documents that have been created within docmanager (as opposed to those that have been Uploaded).

I'm currently working on a fix for this and it should be available within a few days

Just to let you know that we have just released an update of Document Manager with this fix so if you update to the latest version you should know be able to see the edit button on the document
