Malcolm Posted March 19, 2019 Share Posted March 19, 2019 We originially had all Services set for anyone to view (all services completely open for all users/contacts) Due to new customers coming onboard we had a requirement to tidy this up and lock it down a bit. As a result we specifically added the Orgs that needed access to that Service. Not sure if its all but some contacts that are within a subscribed Org are unable to log tickets against the Service unles we revert to "All Contacts" being subscribed Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
