I wasn't sure if you were meaning to post this in Service Manager. In Service Manager, the visibility of a service comes down to the subscriptions against the Service In order for a customer to see a service they must be subscribed. The default subscription on a service is to include everyone. In order to exclude someone from a service you would have to specify who the subscribers are and as a result the service would no longer be available for everyone. The issue we have is that subscribers are unable to see what they are subscribed against. The only way we're getting it to work is by adding the "All Contacts" option.
