Hello Guys,

I would like to assign a ticket to two different layers of analyst. The 1st level of analyst will resolve the problem, then the ticket will be assigned to the 2nd level of analyst for cross validation. After the 2nd level validates the report, the ticket can go forward for closing or customer feedback.

I am aware that I can assign multiple analyst for a ticket, but that does not serve the validation purpose I am willing to implement.

@Saniat could you not utilise request tasks for the validation exercise?  this way once resolved a task is created for the second analyst to perform the validation task -  where the second analyst can have outcomes which requires there validation details and different outcomes - a successful validation results in a closure and customer feedback, but an unsuccessful one may re-open the request for further works.
