HGrigsby Posted February 28, 2019 Posted February 28, 2019 We have a board set up as part of our change process, it is owned by someone who has just left the organisation. Can I take ownership of it so that I can add some more users to it and remove some others who are no longer here? Could someone advise? Thanks Helen
James Ainsworth Posted March 1, 2019 Posted March 1, 2019 Hi @HGrigsby Thanks for your post. I had a look through and I couldn't see anywhere obvious where this can be done within the UI. I'll catch up with the development team to find out more and let you know when I have an update. Regards, James
Steven Boardman Posted March 1, 2019 Posted March 1, 2019 @HGrigsby whilst we look into this, if you could raise a support request for this, this is something the support team will be able to assist you with.
HGrigsby Posted March 1, 2019 Author Posted March 1, 2019 Hi @Steven Boardman & @James Ainsworth thanks for coming back to me - I will raise a support call Helen
Steven Boardman Posted March 11, 2021 Posted March 11, 2021 @HGrigsby in the latest update to Board Manager today, it is now possible for a user with the Board Super User role to change ownership of a Board via the Board's Share option User's with this role will see a new owner column in the share options, and by clicking on the Person icon in that owner column it will change the owner of the board to the desired user.
