Publishing libraries to specific customers

Is there any way to publish a doc manager library to a specific customer rather than to the customer portal as a whole? We would like to auto-publish incident reports on a customer-by-customer basis (so obviously can't have all customers seeing each others reports). Thanks.

This ties in the with wider requirement to have the ability to publish documents/libraries to the customer portal.
