Michael Leonard Posted February 20, 2019 Posted February 20, 2019 It appears that when viewing an email via a call it only allows me to see an email from an analyst and not a customer. Once I click on the view email tab on an email from a customer I get oops, you do not have access to this email?
David Hall Posted February 20, 2019 Posted February 20, 2019 Hi @Michael Leonard Normally you will see this message if you do not have access to the mailbox in which the email sits, are you able to find and view the email via the main email view? If not then you most likely need to be granted rights to view that mailbox. Kind Regards, Dave.
