Lauren Posted February 15, 2019 Posted February 15, 2019 Hi I've given a few of our administrators the new(ish) "Board Super User" role in administration. This doesn't allow us to view all boards though - am I incorrect in thinking that this is meant to give access to all boards, despite not being listed as having access to some boards? Thanks Lauren
TrevorHarris Posted February 15, 2019 Posted February 15, 2019 Hi @Lauren The Board Super User role will give a user full permissions to view, modify and design every Board even if they don't have that Board shared with them. However the boards will not be displayed in the Board List page unless they have been shared with you or created by you. In order to access boards as a Board Super User that haven't been shared with you you will need to access them directly via the URL. Its intended to allow for administrating boards if the owner leaves is away etc and for helping to intergrate with other applications rather than being used as a way to grant access to all boards Hope this helps Thanks Trevor
Lauren Posted February 18, 2019 Author Posted February 18, 2019 Hi @TrevorHarris Thanks for clearing that up - makes sense
