Also, just wanted to make sure that it wasn't "Used by" rather than "owner" that you were looking for. Here is an example of a report that asks for the name of the owner. Giuseppe Iannacone Posted February 15, 2019 Author Share Posted February 15, 2019 @James Ainsworth thank you, I was able to find the solution also on my own (I like Hornbill!!! ), but it seems like that result are coming only if i type the exact name... by the way that's ok... Anyway I was asking this because I would like to give to our user a form with a list of assets they have the ownership and responsible for returning back if leaving the company.
