Paul Trenter
Hi there we updated the Service Manager this morning and ever since, we are seeing red box errors whenever putting a ticket on hold or manually taking it off hold. If we go back into the ticket after, the action has taken place but the Timeline isn't updated. https://i.imgur.com/EoIHQ32.png
ArmandoDM
Hi @Paul Trenter I will report this issue to the dev team for investigation and fix. Regards Armando
Paul Trenter
Further investigation seems to show this error only affecting Incidents, Service Requests seem ok. EDIT: Seems not, just seen it on SR too

James Ainsworth
I believe that an issue has been identified and fixed and should be available in the next Service Manager update. Regards, James
Jeremy
We are experiencing this too, when placing calls on hold. It does the action but errors, if you reload it does the action that you have asked. We are also getting a error every time we login which says that 'Service Desk filter cannot be applied' Service Desk is our team that we are in and it loads but with that error. Is that all part of the same issue, also @James Ainsworth when you mention that it will be fixed in the next release do you know when that is?
