Thanks for releasing this functionality.

Just one query before we can close off from our perspective:

Status: Open/Closed (choice for the PM to select) - Built OK
Created Date (generated out of system) - Built OK
Title (single line text field) - Built OK
Description (free text field) - Built OK
Inbound/Outbound (choice) - Missing
Action (free text field) - Built OK
Priority (choice of 1,3,9 scoring) - Built OK as High, Medium & Low
Critical Date (date) - Built OK
Owner (person lookup) - Built OK

The Inbound/Outbound field is a must for us. I notice there is a 'Type' field but unsure if this should be the Inbound/Outbound field? At the moment, in my project, I only have 'Available Budget' to choose from the drop down.
