We need to create a record type (similar to Risks) in the Project Manager area of Hornbill to include the following fields:

Status: Open/Closed (choice for the PM to select)
Created Date (generated out of system)
Title (single line text field)
Description (free text field)
Impact on Project (free text field)
Issue Score: (choice of 1,3 or 9)
Affected Tolerances - Time, Cost, Quality & Benefits (tick boxes)
Mitigation (free text field)
Review Date (date field)
Comments (free text field)
Owner (person lookup)

One more.....Thanks
Dan

Hi @AlexTumber

Thanks for delivering this functionality.

Just a couple of queries before we can sign off from our perspective:

Status: Open/Closed (choice for the PM to select) - Built OK
Created Date (generated out of system) - Built OK
Title (single line text field) - Built OK
Description (free text field) - Built OK
Impact on Project (free text field) - Missing but could be incorporated into Description if the field can't be built
Issue Score: (choice of 1,3 or 9) - Built OK as High, Medium & Low
Affected Tolerances - Time, Cost, Quality & Benefits (tick boxes) - Missing and required
Mitigation (free text field) - Missing
Review Date (date field) - Built OK
Comments (free text field) - Missing
Owner (person lookup) - Built OK

As per the above red text - these four fields are not in the latest release - are there plans to build them? I've discussed with Dan and we are OK to accept Comments and Impact on Project fields not being there but Affected Tolerances and Mitigation are a must.

Cheers, Tom
