Martyn Houghton Posted January 30, 2019 Share Posted January 30, 2019 I am trying to locate how you complete the Resolution action, i.e. complete the Resolution Text and Resolution Category when updating a request on the mobile app. I can see the option to set the status as Resolved, but that does not provide the mechanism to complete both of the above.
