Darren Rose Posted January 25, 2019 Share Posted January 25, 2019 Good Morning We have finally activated the knowledge centre on the service portal, and it would be good if when the user identifies that the FAQ answered their question, that this was recorded somehow and the procap finished. Has anyone else looked at how this could be done, or have any ideas on the best way to capture that an FAQ answered the question and avoided a ticket being logged?
