It would be useful to filter it by Service Category, similar to the Service Portfolio, as well as have the ability for a free text filter to search the main summary, description, owner, customer, site, organisation etc. Cheers Martyn Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We operate multiple service desks on our instance and some of us operate between them so the Change Calendar display can be somewhat overloaded with out the ability break it down via Service Category and even then filter by a terms in the main details of the request.
