Paul Alexander
In Project Manager we have a 'completed' project, but we can't close because it says there are active milestones or tasks (there aren't....) Could this be looked at please?
AlexTumber
@Paul Alexander are all the milestones and tasks set to 100% progress and have a status of Completed? Alex

Victor
7 minutes ago, Paul Alexander said: there aren't Yes, they are ... You just can't see it/them... there must be a task (or more) that most likely failed to create properly (or some other reason) which means it won't be visible in the interface... raise this with us as a support request (https://www.hornbill.com/support/) and we will fix it... Victor
@Paul Alexander as per our conversation on the support request, the issue is fixed. As I suspected there was a "rogue" task associated with the project that was still in an active state. I assume there was an issue with it when it was created, this is why it did not show up in the tasks list, but given that this (creating the task) happened in March last year, I am unable to say what the issue was...
