Hannah Stella Posted January 18, 2019 Posted January 18, 2019 We're looking to build a report to identify how many tickets were created on a specific day of the week. Ex: we have service desk technicians working Saturdays and we're trying to determine if it's worth the time/cost. We'd like to see how many tickets were created specifically on Saturdays. Steven Boardman Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Hi @Hannah Stella i am not sure if you have the advanced analytics available to you? if so you could get this from measures and widgets. I created a measure like below (including the Saved Data Columns) this was simply a count of all tickets raised for a previous date range. This then allowed me to create a widget (Measured Sample), using Tick Type of Daily, grouping by tick part (as shown below) I can also do this off the same measure to look at which hours of the day we are also receiving the most requests using tick type of Hours. You can change up the sample period as well on both to see how the stats look over different date periods. Hope that helps Steve 1
